Dr. Ashley Brissette, M.D., M.Sc., F.R.C.S.C., is a fellowship-trained refractive and cataract eye surgeon in New York City specializing in cataract surgery, LASIK, SMILE, EVO ICL, and dry eye disease. Dr. Brissette has over a decade of experience at leading research institutions, serving as an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medicine/NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and as an Assistant Ophthalmologist at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. She was responsible for the cataract surgery training program at Cornell University and is an accomplished researcher in the field.
Dr. Brissette also serves as the ophthalmologist for the New York Rangers NHL hockey team and has performed cataract surgery on numerous high-profile celebrities and professional athletes.
