How I Approach Healthcare:
While I specialize in cataract surgery, I see a wide variety of patients and treat various eye diseases from glaucoma to dry eyes. I use a personal approach with patients and emphasize good communication. I develop a partnership with each patient and tailor treatments that work best with each patient’s overall health and lifestyle. Educating patients about their eye issues and carefully explaining treatment, empowers the patient and improves outcomes. I also focus on preventative care, including annual diabetic exams and maximizing vitamin supplements to benefit the eyes.

Named as one of the Best Cataract Surgeons in America by the American College of Elective Surgery, Dr. Person provides comprehensive treatment of the eye and specializes in Cataract Refractive Surgery.

Personal:
I have been an active volunteer with the Scouts for years and have enjoyed watching these girls develop confidence and leadership skills. It has been one of the most rewarding things I have ever done.
