About Dr. Luke Rebenitsch
Dr. Luke Rebenitsch is the owner and medical director of ClearSight LASIK and 43Vision in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Plano, Texas. He is board-certified and fellowship trained in Refractive (Vision Correction) Surgery. He is thrilled to be offering the latest in LASIK, SMILE, EVO ICL, Lens Replacement, and Advanced-Technology Cataract Surgery to the people of Oklahoma and North Texas.
Dr. Luke graduated summa cum laude with an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of North Dakota. He earned his Medical Degree from Washington University in St. Louis in 2009. While attending Washington University, Dr. Luke rotated through the Ridley Clinic at King’s College in London, the site of the world’s first intraocular lens implant after cataract surgery.
After his internship at Providence Sacred Heart in 2010, Dr. Luke completed his residency at the University of Missouri-Kansas City and completed his Fellowship with the renowned Durrie Vision in Kansas City in 2014.
Dr. Luke moved to Oklahoma in 2015 and joined ClearSight as a vision correction surgeon. While at ClearSight, Dr. Luke attended the Physician CEO Program, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in 2016, where he worked on the development of 43 Vision, one of the first practices dedicated to creating surgical solutions for presbyopia, the need for readers and bifocals with age.
During his tenure at ClearSight, Dr. Luke developed a reputation as a leader in presbyopia solutions with his work with the KAMRA inlay. Dr. Luke is the first surgeon to perform Small Incision Lenticule Extraction (SMILE) in Oklahoma; ClearSight remains the only clinic in Oklahoma performing SMILE.
Dr. Luke has been featured in numerous publications and participated in presentations and lectures nationally and internationally. He has also produced videos and moderated industry leading panels and forums.
Dr. Luke is a member of several organizations, including the Oracle Vision Council, Society of Excellence in Eyecare, the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery, American European College of Ophthalmic Surgery, and Young President’s Organization. He also holds a leadership role in the Refractive Surgery Alliance and was named one of Oklahoma’s most admired CEOs in 2021. Dr. Luke was recently awarded the Fellow badge by the World College of Refractive Surgery and Visual Sciences.
Dr. Luke and his wife Kristin have enjoyed becoming Oklahomans and have two
beautiful daughters, Chloe and Sophie. Whether it’s running in the Memorial
Marathon, white water rafting at Riversport Rapids, or trying one of city’s many great
restaurants, Dr. Luke and Kristin are always enjoying OKC to its fullest. Dr. Luke has even become a pilot where he can be seen flying over the beautiful landscape that
is Oklahoma and Texas.
