Dr. Mills is a highly skilled and experienced, board-certified physician and surgeon. Dr. Mills serves as the Head Ophthalmologist and owner of Eye Care Professionals, and has been providing outstanding vision care to our patients in Reno since 1999. In fact, Dr. Mills was the first surgeon in Northern Nevada to perform wavefront LASIK. In addition, Dr. Mills was the first surgeon in the State of Nevada to perform Laser Cataract Surgery. He also owns and operates the Visionary Surgery Center of Nevada and serves as Associate Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Nevada School of Medicine. He is a veteran and served in the United States Army Medical Corps from 1989 – 2000.
